Some day that Sunday,hardest thing I’ve ever done physically and mentally,training prep didn’t go to plan as I had a few niggles and issues on the booze

(evertons fault) I spent the last 2 weeks moaning and complaining and threatening to pull out as I wasn’t ready,but I got it done,apologies to everyone that’s put up with my moaning and thank you to everyone that has supported me and donated to the fantastic charity I ran for,raising just over £1k for Liverpool CHICS
