Young Citizen of the Year Award

Congratulations to Sophia and Jonathan Galbraith and Sophia Rauof from St Andrew the Apostle Catholic Primary School in Halewood for their fantastic achievement on jointly receiving the ‘Young Citizen of the Year’ Highly Commended award from Knowsley Borough Council! The children were nominated by school for their commitment and hard work making bracelets and selling them to raise money for cancer charities, including Liverpool CHICS and Christies, also for fundraising to provide presents for Alder Hey Oncology ward.

The children have been present at our events over the past year, selling their beautiful bracelets. Thank you Sophia, Johnathan and Sophia, it is so lovely to see your hard work and fundraising recognised and Liverpool CHICS are so grateful for the amazing support! (Thanks to your wonderful Mum’s too!) Xxx
